My Take

Michaël Cuisance is the sort of player I keep an eye on precisely because the talent and the trajectory never quite aligned. A Strasbourg-born central midfielder who came through at Bayern and earned France youth caps, he had every marker of a future star. Landing at Hertha BSC in the second division reads, on paper, like a step down from those expectations. But I am wary of writing off creative midfielders early. The ones who can dictate tempo often mature late. I would love to see him rediscover the rhythm that made everyone excited in the first place.
