My Take

I find Anthony 'Choco' Lozano genuinely easy to root for. A forward out of Yoro who rose to captain the Honduras national team, he carries a footballing nation that often gets overshadowed by Europe and South America, and that underdog weight is exactly what draws me in. Leading the line at Liga MX's Santos Laguna while wearing the armband for your country takes more than finishing instinct; it takes the respect of teammates. To me the captaincy says as much about his character as his goals do. He's the kind of dependable national-team figurehead I always pull for.
