My Take
Christian Potenza is exactly the kind of artist I love to spotlight, the voice you have heard countless times without knowing the face. As Chris McLean across fifteen years of Total Drama, plus Jude on 6teen and roles in Pikwik Pack, he built a career on making cartoon characters feel alive and a little unhinged. That McLean smarm only works because of his timing. An actor, comedian, and teacher all at once, he clearly thrives on communicating. I have deep respect for voice artists who pour identity into dozens of characters and let the work, not their name, do the talking.
