My Take
Evanna Lynch holds a special place for me. As Luna Lovegood she gave Harry Potter one of its most quietly beloved characters, an oddball with an unshakable inner compass, and the story of how a devoted young fan from a small Irish town wrote her way into the role is the kind of dream-made-real I never tire of. What deepens my respect is her life off screen: a serious, articulate advocate for animal welfare. She seems to live by conviction in both worlds, and that integrity makes her feel, fittingly, very much like Luna herself.
