Natasha Henstridge

For me, Natasha Henstridge will always be tied to that 1995 breakout in Species, but I think she's more durable than a one-role icon. Coming out of small-town Newfoundland via modeling, she built a science-fiction horror legacy and stuck with it through the sequels rather than fleeing the genre that made her. That loyalty interests me. At 178 cm she commands the frame, and her move into voice work shows range beyond the obvious. I respect performers who own the thing they're famous for instead of distancing themselves from it, and she has done exactly that with quiet conviction.
