Nikesh Patel

What I admire about Nikesh Patel is his quiet versatility. He can carry the romantic lead in Four Weddings and a Funeral, bring warmth and comic timing to Starstruck, and then turn genuinely unsettling in The Devil's Hour. That range, paired with the dignity he brought to Indian Summers, marks him as one of British television's most dependable yet underrated talents. He never seems to chase the spotlight; he simply shows up and makes the work better. I have a feeling his finest roles are still ahead, and I will be watching closely when they arrive.
