My Take
What I admire most about Brosnan isn't the Bond tenure, polished as it was — it's how lightly he wears the legacy. A working-class kid from Drogheda who became the very image of the tailored gentleman, then spent the after-Bond years taking risks: singing badly and cheerfully in Mamma Mia!, playing villains, championing environmental causes. The Razzie he collected says more about his sense of humor than his talent. Few actors transition from icon to character actor with this much grace and zero bitterness. He's my model for aging well in a business that rarely allows it — charm intact, ego apparently optional.
