My Take

Siddhant Chaturvedi has one of my favourite kinds of arcs. A commerce graduate from Ballia who broke through playing a teenage cricketer on streaming, then stole scenes as a street rapper in Gully Boy and walked away with a Filmfare Best Supporting Actor award, he turned a side role into a launchpad for leading parts. That climb from the margins to the marquee over a single decade is exactly the underdog story I gravitate toward. He carries a grounded, self-made energy that feels rare in Hindi cinema, and I think his most defining roles are still ahead of him.
