My Take
What I admire most about Annabel Croft is her clean second act. Plenty of athletes cling to past glory, but she won on the WTA Tour, represented Britain, then walked straight into a wholly different career as a television and radio presenter. That kind of reinvention takes nerve, and I suspect the same competitive instinct that carried her on court is what made her so watchable hosting Treasure Hunt and Interceptor. I find her story quietly inspiring: proof that the skills you build in one arena, focus, poise, performance under pressure, transfer further than you'd ever expect.
