My Take

Hamza Choudhury is the grafter every coach quietly relies on. Born in Loughborough and a Leicester City academy product since age seven, he made his name as a tenacious defensive midfielder, then made history switching allegiance to Bangladesh, becoming a huge deal for the national team. What I respect is that his game is about destruction, not glory, breaking up play and protecting the back four. Carrying that British-Bangladeshi heritage onto a serious international stage gives him a weight few players his age have. The unglamorous engine-room work is exactly the kind I love watching.
