My Take
Jessica Cauffiel is one of those actors I quietly root for. For me she is forever Margot in Legally Blonde, bright and scene-stealing in the best way, but the range underneath is what impresses me. A University of Michigan graduate, she slid easily between horror in Valentine and comedy in White Chicks, the sort of versatility that signals a performer directors trust on set. Add that she sings, and you have a genuine multi-hyphenate who arguably deserved a brighter spotlight. I have a soft spot for talents who look effortlessly breezy yet carry real substance, and she fits that description perfectly. I will keep watching her work.
