Jessica Henwick

Jessica Henwick is one of those performers who quietly builds an impressive body of work before most people realize they've been watching someone special. She broke through in Game of Thrones as Nymeria Sand and held her own in the Marvel universe as Colleen Wing in Iron Fist, but honestly, her real breakout moment for me was Love and Monsters — she was magnetic and grounded in a film that could've easily gotten silly. What I find genuinely exciting about her is that she doesn't seem content just to act; her short film Bus Girl earned a BAFTA nomination and signals a directorial voice worth watching. She's British-born, Surrey-raised, and carries that kind of quiet precision that makes you realize she's always three steps ahead of the scene she's in.
