Born on April 18, 1971, in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture, he is affiliated with the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan and has risen to the key post of Secretary-General. Even so, he never quite lets go of a certain green idealism. Election after election, he grinds through tough campaigns, still speaking straight to voters face to face. Born in Takamatsu
Junya Ogawa was born in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture. Facing the calm waters of the Seto Inland Sea, this town is also the land he would later come to represent on the national stage.
