Kevin Alejandro

Kevin Alejandro is one of those actors whose mere presence tightens a scene, and I rate him highly. From Southland and True Blood to Arrow and Lucifer, this San Antonio native and University of Texas alum has built a deep résumé of charismatic supporting turns, often as the kind of character you can't look away from. What I admire most is the genuine heat he brings to every role, villain or detective alike, plus his recent move into directing, which signals an artist hungry to widen his craft rather than settle. That Texas tenacity reads on screen, and I am betting on him.
