Kevin Alves

What fascinates me about Kevin Alves is the pivot from competitive figure skating to acting. He was the first male skater to represent Brazil at an ISU Championship, which tells me he is comfortable being a pioneer in lonely territory. Athletes who cross into performance often carry a rare physical discipline, and I suspect that on-ice composure translates into a grounded screen presence. With dual Canadian-Brazilian roots and a willingness to forge his own path, he strikes me as a quietly resilient talent worth watching as his acting career matures.
