Honestly, Kim Eun-jung is the kind of athlete who makes you rethink what a superstar looks like — she comes from Uiseong, a small county in North Gyeongsang that most people couldn't place on a map, and yet she's one of the most technically sharp skips in women's curling. Watching her call shots at the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics was genuinely thrilling; Team Kim's run to silver on home soil felt electric, and Annie was the cool head steering the whole thing. The 2022 World Championship silver with a different team showed she isn't a one-era wonder — she adapts, she reads the ice, and she keeps competing at the top level.
