My Take
Marco Reus is a player I find easy to love and hard to watch without a pang. A Dortmund local who came up through Borussia Dortmund and famously chose loyalty to his hometown club over bigger stages, he won German Footballer of the Year in 2012 and 2019 on raw, electric talent.
