My Take
Maximilian Kilman has one of the more unusual paths into top-flight football, and that's what makes him interesting to me. Before he was a Premier League centre-back he was an England futsal international, and you can see that small-space comfort in how calmly he carries the ball out of defense. At 192 cm he has the obvious aerial presence you want from a centre-half, but the futsal footwork is the part that sets him apart. He's a Chelsea-born 1997 product who built his way up rather than coming through a glamorous academy, and I find that grounded, self-made trajectory genuinely easy to admire.
