My Take
I have such a soft spot for Natsuki Hanae, because the man is basically two people in one body. Put a mic in front of him for a role and he'll wreck you with that clean, earnest voice that cracks wide open the second a scene asks him to cry, the kind of full-throttle emotional delivery that earned him a Best Actor award and a wall of seiyu trophies. Then he boots up a video game on YouTube and turns into a screaming, jumpscare-allergic mess, and honestly that whiplash is the whole charm. A Kanagawa kid with a gorgeous voice, an absurd work ethic, and zero ego about looking like a total goofball online, climbing from rookie honors to the top while staying that approachable. I can't help rooting for him.
