Nikitin Dheer

Nikitin Dheer is the kind of actor I find quietly fascinating because his strongest work lives in mythological scale. Debuting in Jodhaa Akbar and then taking on Ravana in Shrimad Ramayan means carrying roles soaked in cultural weight, and that demands a certain physical and dramatic gravitas most performers never get tested for. Working across Hindi and Telugu cinema as well as television shows a flexibility I admire in an industry as vast as India's. He is also known for playing Astika in Naagarjuna – Ek Yoddha, and a man entrusted with a demon-king of legend has clearly earned the directors' confidence.
