Oh Yeon-soo

Oh Yeon-soo is the kind of actress who makes you feel like she's always been quietly excellent while everyone else was busy chasing trends. Trained at Anyang Arts High School and Dankook University, she debuted in 1989 after passing MBC's open audition, and there's a groundedness to her screen presence that has only deepened since. She's worked across film, television, and theater over the years, and she has that rare quality where she doesn't need to announce herself in a scene; she just is. Scorpios often get labeled as intense, and honestly, watching her work, I get it — there's always something simmering beneath the surface that keeps you watching. An understated career-builder worth knowing.
