Oliver Blume

Oliver Blume intrigues me precisely because he is not a flashy figurehead. An engineer by training from Brunswick who rose to lead the Volkswagen Group, he is a builder steering one of the world's great automotive empires through the turbulent shift to electrification. I trust technical leaders who understand the factory floor more than pure financiers, and Blume fits that mold. Carrying responsibility across brands like Porsche, he faces enormous pressure. To me, his quiet, substance-over-spectacle style is exactly what such a complex transition demands.
