Sev Ohanian

Sev Ohanian is the kind of name most casual viewers never register, and that is exactly why I find him fascinating. As the writer behind Searching, he proved you can wring genuine tension out of nothing but a computer screen, and his producing work on Sinners earned a Best Picture nomination and a Golden Globe. What draws me to him is his versatility: writing, editing, and producing all at once, quietly shouldering the structural weight of films that get loud. German-born and Armenian-descended, he represents the unglamorous craftsmanship I respect most in cinema, and I am genuinely curious where his instincts take him next.
