My Take

What draws me to Thomas Jolmès is the quiet dignity of his role. As a lock for Pau in France's Top 14, born in 1995, he occupies one of rugby's least glamorous positions, the engine room where matches are won through lineout graft and scrum power rather than highlight-reel flair.
