My Take
I have a soft spot for the trench warriors of football, and Tony Siragusa, the man they called Goose, was their joyful embodiment. Twelve seasons as a defensive tackle for the Colts and Ravens, then a second act warming up Fox broadcasts as a sideline analyst from 2003 to 2015, he carried the same big-hearted presence everywhere he went. Losing him in 2022 at just 55 felt far too soon. I admire people who give full effort whether the cameras are on or off, and Siragusa, all grit and grin, was exactly that. I quietly tip my hat to him.
