My Take

Lulgjuraj's story carries a quiet resonance I cannot ignore. Born in Ulcinj, Montenegro, but representing Albania at Eurovision 2013 alongside Bledar Sejko, he sang a song titled "Identitet", meaning identity, which feels almost too fitting for an artist whose own roots straddle borders.
