My Take
Akshay Kumar fascinates me as a study in discipline. A martial artist before he ever faced a camera, he built a thirty-plus-year career on a work ethic that borders on legendary — multiple films a year, dawn workouts, no excuses. What I respect most is his range: the Khiladi action hero, the comic everyman, the convincing villain, and the National Film Award-winning lead of Rustom. He has also steered mainstream Hindi cinema toward social themes without losing its entertainment value. Critics debate his choices, but to me his consistency itself is the achievement; few stars anywhere sustain relevance across three decades like this.
