Alexandra Hedison is one of those genuinely multi-talented people who never quite fits a single label, and I find that refreshing. She came up as an actress — most memorably playing Dylan Moreland on The L Word in the early 2000s, which gave her a real cult following in the LGBTQ+ community — but she quietly pivoted into fine art photography and filmmaking with what feels like actual conviction rather than a celebrity side-hustle.
