Cassandra Lee Morris

Cassandra Lee Morris fascinates me because of the road she took to the booth. Starting as a teenage program host and then working as a journalist across New York and Los Angeles, she came to voice acting from the world of words rather than performance alone. I think that background gives her an unusual feel for text, which shows in her range across voice acting and audiobook narration. Breathing life into a single character is quiet, demanding work, and performers who have spent years handling language tend to bring a particular conviction to it. I rate her highly.
