Diana Gómez

I find Diana Gómez fascinating precisely because she made a brief, fragmented role unforgettable. Playing Tatiana only in the flashbacks of Money Heist, she had to establish a whole emotional history in stolen moments, and she pulled it off so well that audiences kept asking about her. Then she pivoted to carrying Valeria as a lead, showing a warmth and lightness that her darker work never hinted at. Born in 1989 and rooted in Igualada near Barcelona, she strikes me as exactly the kind of versatile, unflashy talent Spanish television keeps quietly producing. I expect her best leading roles are still ahead.
