My Take
Domenico Tedesco is one of those managers who genuinely fascinates me — born in the sun-scorched south of Italy but built his entire coaching identity in Germany, which says a lot about his ambition and adaptability. He burst onto the scene by keeping a sinking Erzgebirge Aue afloat in 2017, then earned serious credibility at Schalke before things got rough there, and he bounced back sharply at RB Leipzig. What really got my attention was his run with the Belgian national team — inheriting a golden generation in its twilight and still getting real results out of them — before spells at Fenerbahçe and, briefly, Bologna. He's tactically sharp, clearly earns the trust of big players, and at just 41 he has plenty of road ahead. I'm genuinely curious which chapter comes next.
