My Take

Dominic Fike is, to me, a textbook example of the SoundCloud-era artist who built his own door rather than waiting for one. Going from self-released tracks to a Columbia deal and a global top-ten with "3 Nights" is the kind of organic rise I find genuinely exciting. What draws me in is his refusal to pick a lane: rapper, singer-songwriter, and now actor, all carried off with a loose Florida ease that masks real ambition, very fitting for a Capricorn. He still feels unfinished in the best way, and watching where his voice lands next is a real pleasure.
