My Take
Heidi Klum is one of those rare people who was never content just being the most beautiful woman in the room — she had to own the room entirely. Growing up in a small city near Cologne, she shot to global fame after landing on the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover in 1998 and becoming the first German model to join the Victoria's Secret Angels, which is genuinely a wild achievement when you think about how fiercely competitive that world is. But what I actually respect is that she pivoted hard into television, created and hosted Project Runway for over a decade, and won a Primetime Emmy for it in 2013 — proving she had real taste and real hustle, not just good bone structure.
