Jansen Panettiere

Jansen Panettiere always felt like an actor still finding his ceiling. Often framed beside his more famous sister, he quietly built a working career from childhood, lending his voice to animation and grounding films like The Secrets of Jonathan Sperry. What stays with me is the loss: he died in 2023 at just 28, before he could grow into the heavier, more complex roles I suspect were ahead of him. It is a short filmography, but his warmth reads clearly on screen. I find myself mourning the work that never came as much as the man, which is its own quiet tribute.
