Joey Iwanaga

Honestly, the second I see "dancer and actor" stacked together on one resume, I lean in, and Joey Iwanaga is exactly that double threat. There's a thing dancers carry into acting that you can't fake: they know where their body is in space, they own the silences, they let a beat land instead of rushing it. Raised in Los Angeles in his dancer parents' studio and on stage by age three, he came up through Johnny's Jr., and the vibe reads light on his feet, easy to root for, the kind of performer you trust onstage.
