Julia Zemiro

Julia Zemiro embodies a kind of versatility I deeply respect. Born in Aix-en-Provence and now an Australian fixture, she presents, acts, sings, writes, and does comedy, most famously as the host of RocKwiz. What interests me is her fluid command of two cultures; fully bilingual in English and French, she even acts in French. People who refuse to be boxed into one title tend to lead the richest creative lives, and she is a living example of that. There is a warmth and quick wit in her work that makes her feel like a generous host in every sense.
