My Take

Kim Rossi Stuart represents a kind of Italian artist I really respect: one who refused to coast on looks alone. Born in Rome in 1969, he built a serious acting career and then stepped behind the camera, winning both the David di Donatello and Nastro d'Argento for Best New Director in 2007 for his directorial debut.
