My Take

I have a soft spot for left wingers, the players asked to be brave on the touchline and dangerous cutting inside. Thaweekarn coming out of Surat Thani in southern Thailand and reaching the professional level is the sort of grassroots-to-pro story I genuinely admire. There is not a lot of headline material here, no trophies listed, no glamour, but that is exactly why I am curious about him. Careers built on persistence rather than hype tend to be the honest ones. I like that he keeps an Instagram presence too, staying close to fans, and I quietly hope his flank work keeps earning him minutes.
