Lee Jae-yoon

Lee Jae-yoon intrigues me because of his transnational background. A Korean-Canadian raised in Toronto and educated at the University of Toronto, he brings an outsider's sensibility to Korean drama. From My Love By My Side to Heartless City, Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo, and Mother, he has shown he can shoulder substantial, often shadowed roles rather than coasting on good looks. I'm curious to see which role finally lets him fully break out and surprise everyone.
