Leo Rossi

Leo Rossi is the kind of character actor I genuinely treasure, the sort who quietly holds a film together. From the foul-mouthed EMT in Halloween II to the killer Turkell in Maniac Cop 2 and Detective Sam Dietz in the Relentless films, this Trenton, New Jersey native shifts between menace and decency with effortless authority. He can steal a scene in seconds, and that, to me, is true craft. Add his work as a writer and producer and you have a complete filmmaker, not just a face. I will always respect performers more memorable than the stars they support.
