Linda Evangelista

Linda Evangelista is, to me, the very definition of the supermodel era. More than 700 magazine covers is a staggering figure, but what fascinates me is her chameleon quality, the way a single change of hair could reshape her entire presence. Rising from a small Ontario town to the pinnacle of global fashion takes more than beauty; it takes resilience, and she clearly had it in abundance. Her induction into Canada's Walk of Fame feels well earned. I respect performers who endure the brutal demands of their industry and still leave behind something iconic.
