My Take
Inoue was a household face as a child actor, then again as Tsukushi Makino in Boys Over Flowers. So there is something moving about her newcomer awards arriving in 2011 and 2012, well into adulthood. That was audiences realising they had never watched her act. Rebirth, The Snow White Murder Case, a taiga lead: she argues through work, not noise.
