Melvin Jerusalem

Melvin Jerusalem is the kind of fighter who makes you appreciate just how stacked Filipino boxing really is — because even in a country that produces world champions the way it breathes, this guy carved out his own place at the top. Born in Manolo Fortich and competing in the lightest weight classes on the planet, Jerusalem has captured both the WBO and WBC world titles at mini flyweight, which tells you everything about his technical precision and sheer determination. The lower weight divisions don't always get the mainstream spotlight they deserve, but Jerusalem is exactly the type of craftsman who reminds you that pound-for-pound greatness has nothing to do with size.
