My Take

Nicholas Galitzine stands at a genuinely interesting crossroads, which is why I keep an eye on him. He has cornered the market on princes and heartthrobs — Cinderella, Red, White & Royal Blue, The Idea of You — yet he sings well enough that the musical roles never feel like stunt casting. The question for me is whether he uses this momentum to take riskier parts before the charming-lead label hardens. The talent is clearly there; the filmography just has not tested it yet. If he picks one ugly, difficult role in the next few years, I think he becomes a major actor rather than a famous face.
