My Take

Oh Ji-hwan is the kind of player I associate with steady franchise identity, having anchored shortstop for the LG Twins in the KBO League. At 186 centimeters he's tall for the position, and the left-handed bat with a right-handed throw is a combination I always find interesting in an infielder. What I respect most is the longevity implied by being a fixture at one club rather than bouncing around. To me he reads as a homegrown cornerstone, the sort of player a fanbase grows attached to season after season.
