Peter Cklamovski

Peter Cklamovski is one of those quietly compelling figures in football who built his reputation through the grind of youth development rather than spotlight moments. Born in Sydney to a Macedonian family, he got his start in the Australian football system working under Ange Postecoglou with the national youth teams at FIFA Youth World Cups and AFC Championships — and honestly, that's a pretty serious apprenticeship. He's carved out a niche as a tactically minded coach who moves comfortably in the Asian football ecosystem, coaching FC Tokyo, leading the Malaysia national team and then taking over Salford City in England in 2026. He's not a household name by any stretch, but in coaching circles, he represents exactly the kind of professional who does the real work when the cameras aren't rolling.
