Rande Gerber

Rande Gerber fascinates me as the rare model who built something far bigger than his own image. Rather than chase the camera, he co-founded Casamigos with George Clooney and Mike Meldman and built a global empire of bars, lounges, and nightlife brands. Married to Cindy Crawford and father to models Kaia and Presley, he's surrounded by fame yet his real genius is commercial instinct: turning friendship and leisure into a thriving business. I admire operators who understand that the most valuable thing isn't being seen, it's owning the room everyone else wants to be seen in.
