My Take
Ricky Wilson strikes me as a rare double threat, equal parts kinetic frontman and genuine mentor. Fronting Kaiser Chiefs, he turned restless indie energy into stadium catharsis, but what wins me over is what he did on The Voice UK, becoming the first coach to win two consecutive series. That tells me he can not only command a stage but also draw the best out of others, a generosity I respect. Born in Keighley and Leeds-educated, he carries a grounded northern warmth into everything. I will always back performers who lift the people around them.
