My Take
I'll be honest, I didn't fully clock Ryuto Kazuhara until I realized he's the voice carrying GENERATIONS, and once it landed I couldn't unhear it. There's a thing that happens with LDH performers where the dancing is so locked-in that the singing gets overlooked, but with him the voice is the whole point, it's got this open, reaching quality that holds up even when he's mid-choreo. An Amagasaki kid, December '92 baby, and there's an unfussy, working-his-way-up steadiness to him that I respect more than flashier idol energy. I love the gap between the soft singer face and the hard hit-the-mark dancer face. The OFF THE MIC stuff hints he actually cares about the craft beyond the spectacle, which is exactly why I keep wanting to hear more from him.
