Seo Eun-soo

Seo Eun-soo strikes me as one of those actors who builds rather than explodes. Born in Busan and a graduate of Korea National University of Arts, she debuted in 2016 and earned her real breakthrough with My Golden Life. What I find compelling is her restraint; she tends to settle into a role and let it deepen instead of grabbing for attention. At 170 cm she has the presence of a model, but it is her composed, understated screen quality that interests me. I suspect her best work is still ahead, and I would happily follow where she goes next.
